FeesMy fees are £30 per session which lasts for 1 hour.
AppointmentsI offer daytime and some evening appointments.
Who do you counsel?Individuals and some couples.
How long will the counselling last?Normally 6 sessions with the option of contracting for 4 more if necessary. I also offer longer term counselling if desired. Sessions are usually at weekly intervals. Whilst I recommend what I feel is appropriate, it is your choice how often and for how how long you come to counseling.
How confidential will the counselling be?Totally confidential, apart from one or two exceptions that I will discuss wih you at our first session.
What if you cannot help me?If I felt that your problems/needs would be better met by a more specialist counsellor or agency I would discuss this with you and refer you on.
